Art Donaldson, a former Special Agent of the Federal
Bureau of Investigation, has devoted over 40 years to
the protection of people's rights and to securing
justice for those injured wrongfully by others. He is a
recognized authority on ERISA recoupment matters and has
written and lectured extensively on the subject. Art
currently practices primarily in Virginia, but is
available to handle matters in North Carolina, as well.
